Simulation cannot synthesise touch

Vision and proprioception can be simulated convincingly. Contact cannot. Friction, deformation and slip depend on physics that simulators approximate at best. Tactile data has to come from the real world.

What we provide

Sensors you can reconfigure

Sensing point count, spacing and geometry adapt to your setup rather than the other way round. If the standard range does not fit your experiment, we build to specification.

Multimodal capture

Our data acquisition system records vision, 6-axis force and tactile array data on one synchronised timeline, with millisecond refresh and offline playback for analysis.

A team that publishes

We come out of a university research group. Our tactile sensing architecture is peer-reviewed and published at AAAI.

Collaboration

We work with robotics labs and embodied AI teams on tactile sensing, dataset generation and custom sensor development. If your work needs a sensor that does not exist yet, tell us about it.
